Are cleaning supplies and equipment included?

Yes, always. Our teams show up with everything, including commercial-grade vacuums, microfiber cloths, mops, and professional cleaning solutions. You don't need to put anything out for us. If there's a specific product you'd like us to use on a particular surface, just leave a note when you book and we'll work around it.

What's included in your cleaning checklist?

It depends on the service. A standard clean covers vacuuming, mopping, dusting, kitchen surfaces, and bathroom sanitation. A deep clean goes further, including baseboards, cabinet faces, light switches, inside appliances, and all the spots that get missed during a regular visit. Move-in and move-out cleans treat the home as a complete reset.

Do I need to be home during the clean?

Most of our clients aren't. They leave a key or provide an entry code and go about their day. Every cleaner on our team is background-checked, bonded, and insured.

Do your cleaners go through background checks?

Every one of them, without exception. Background screening and professional training are required before any cleaner steps into a client's home for the first time.

How does the satisfaction guarantee work?

What days and hours do you operate?

We're available seven days a week, Monday through Sunday, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Do you offer discounts for recurring bookings?

Yes. Weekly bookings get 20% off, biweekly bookings get 15% off, and monthly bookings get 10% off. The discount is applied automatically when you select your frequency in the booking tool.
